The Commissioners held a special meeting at 9:00AM on Tuesday, February 12, 2013 for the purpose of approving claims. The meeting was held via conference call. In attendance were Commissioners Skinner and White (both via phone), Accounting Technician Dawn Portzen and Commission Assistant Glenda Howze. Ms. Howze read the claims into the record as follows: The Commission received warrants for consideration from the Auditor totaling $682,313.45. The February 7, 2013 claims’ voucher list includes warrants 8113783 through 8113965. Commissioner White made
a motion to approve the claims as read. Commissioner Skinner seconded the motion. All voted aye. Motion carried unanimously.
